Measure | Ingredient |

500 grams | Pumpkin, peeled and cubed |
1 large | Onion, finely sliced |
2 teaspoons | Chopped garlic |
1 teaspoon | Ground turmeric |
1 teaspoon | Chilli powder |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon | Dried shrimp paste |
2 tablespoons | Coconut cream |
1½ cup | Hot water |
2 \N | Fresh green chillies, sliced |
Place all ingredients, except pumpkin, into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, Then add pumpkin, cover and simmer until tender. Serve with boiled rice.
