| ¼ cup | Packed dark brown sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | Cornstarch |
| 1 cup | Skim milk |
| 1 teaspoon | Low cal margarine |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 3 tablespoons | Chopped pecans, toasted |
Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add margarine, vanilla, and pecans. Stir until margarine melts. Serve warm.
