½ cup Butter
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown sugar; packed
Egg; lightly beaten
1½ cup Flour
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
1½ cup Pecans; chopped
  Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375~. In Batter Bowl, melt butter in microwave. Add sugars (not including powdered sugar), egg, flour, and vanilla. Stir. Add pecans.

Using the small Stainless Steel Scoop, drop dough onto 15" Baking Stone.

Bake 12-15 mins. Let stand 2 mins. before removing from stone. Sprinkle with powdered sugar using Flour/Sugar Shaker. Yield - approx. 2.½ dozen.
