|2 cups||Nonfat dry milk powder replacement|
|1 cup||Granulated sugar|
|2 cups||Corn starch|
Diabetic icing #1 for icing the cake . 1 envelope d-zerta whipped topping mix, ½ cup cold water, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 4 tsp meringue powder.
