½ teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Butter
1¼ cup Sugar
Eggs
½ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Grated lemon
1 teaspoon Lemon juice

From: Randy and Colleen Jones <rcjones@...> Date: Tue, 9 Jul 1996 18:24:26 -0700 Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs for 3 minutes and not with a willow switch! Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk, grated lemon and lemon juice into the egg mixture. Place in a 9x5 loaf pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
