potato shortcake

| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 2½ cup | Bisquick baking mix |
| 2 cups | Leftover mashed potatoes |
| ¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | Eggs |
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease and flour 8" square pan. Mix baking mix, mashed potatoes, pepper and eggs until soft dough forms.
Spread in pan.
Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Top each serving with Creamed Salmon or other creamed meat or fish sauce.
