90 pounds Potatoes, cooked, cooled and diced
36 eaches Hard boiled eggs, diced
12 eaches Celery stalks, diced
4 bunches Green onions, chopped
6 bunches Radishes, chopped
6 quarts Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (MW gives nicer flavour)
13½ can Evaporated milk (gives nicer flavour than light cream)
3 cups Sugar
2 cups Vinegar
  15-18 tsp dry mustard

Mix together the potatoes, eggs, celery, onions and radishes.

Tossing to mix well. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over potato mixture. Mix very well and allow to chill for at least 4 hours, serving a few times during that time. Origin: Homestyle, Canadian Classics, Ladies of the Royal Purple. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, July/95.
