4 cups | Cubed cooked potatoes |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
4 \N | Hard boiled eggs -- chopped |
1 teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
½ cup | Chopped onion |
½ teaspoon | Celery seed |
½ cup | Chopped celery |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 tablespoon | Vinegar |
⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ cup | Chopped sweet or dill pickle |
Combine mayonaise, mustard, celery seed, vinegar, salt and pepper; mix well. Then combine potatoes, eggs, onion, celery and pickle.
Add dressing to potato mixture; mix lightly. Chill.
