| 1 large | Onion, grated |
| ¼ cup | Dairy sour cream |
| 1 cup | Flour |
| 2 | Egg yolks,beaten |
| Salt and pepper to taste | |
| 2 | Egg whites, beaten stiff |
from:the wonderful world of cooking Combine potatoes, onion, and sour cream. Sift in flour. Mix well. add egg yolks and seasoning. Mix well. Fold in egg whites. Turn into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 deg F. for 30 minutes. Serve with spiced applesauce. Serves 4-6
