Potato bar

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Baking potato
1 cup Guacamole
1 cup Tomato
¼ cup Green onion
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
1 cup Cheddar cheese
¼ cup Bacon bits
¼ cup Butter

Bake potatoes, one per person, split and fluff with fork. Each person can select his or her own topping.

TOPPING VARIATIONS: - Combine lowfat cottage cheese, chopped green and red bell peppers and sliced green onions. - Kabobs of grilled meat or poultry and vegetables of your choice. - Combine plain lowfat yogurt, minced onion and parsley, white wine vinegar and a dash of paprika.
