|6 cups||Sour dough bread; cubed|
|4||Stalks celery; diced|
|1 bunch||Parsley; chopped|
|1 bunch||Thyme; chopped|
|3||Cloves garlic; minced|
|2 cups||Monterey Portabella Mushrooms; chopped|
|1 cup||Chicken stock|
|Salt and pepper|
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stuffing should be moist. Adjust seasoning and stuff your bird. Roast chickens for about 8 minutes per pound at 375 F. Roast turkeys for about 18 minutes per pound at 375F.
Makes an excellent stuffing for chickens and turkeys.
