Pork spiedies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Cubed pork
1½ cup Olive oil
½ cup Vinegar
1 \N Lemon , juice of
5 \N Cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons Chopped mint
1 teaspoon Each pepper, salt
3 tablespoons Fresh basil (chopped)
5 \N Bay leaves (crushed)

Marinate in refrigerator for three days. Skewer and grill.
