Pork salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Pork cut in strips
½ cup Oriental stir-fry sauce
3 \N Onions, green sliced
½ \N Bell pepper diced
2 packs Pea pods, frozen (10 oz) thawed, drained
1 can Mandarin oranges (8 oz) drained
1 can Chow mein noodles (3 oz)

1. In large nonstick skillet, stir-fry pork over medium-high heat about 4 to 5 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, toss pork with remaining ingredients. Serve with hot french bread.

Per serving: 331 calories, 12 g. fat, 66 mg. cholesterol.
