|1½ teaspoon||Instant chicken bouillon granules|
|1 pack||Cubed pork mix; thawed, (see recipe)|
|1½ teaspoon||Soy sauce|
|1 pack||(8-oz.) linguine|
|3||Hard-cooked eggs; sliced, for garnish|
|3||Chopped green onions; for garnish|
In medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Add bouillon granules; stir until dissolved. Stir in pork mix and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Simmer about 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook linguine according to directions. Spoon cooked linguine evenly into 4 soup bowls. Pour pork mixture evenly over top of each. Garnish each with hard-cooked egg slices and chopped green onions. Makes 4 servings.
Almost forgot!! These recipes were from the More Make-A -Mix Cookery by Karine Eliason, Nevada Harward and Madeline Westover. I have used it quite a bit and their recipes have been tasty and especially nice to have on hand when I was still working.
