Pork lo mein

Measure Ingredient
¾ pounds Lean ground pork
2 cups Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1 cup Carrots; shredded
½ cup Green pepper; cut into strip
2 \N Cl Garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 cup Chicken broth
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Ginger root; grated
¼ teaspoon Crushed red pepper
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
2 cups Cooked spaghetti
2 cups Bean sprouts
½ cup Green onion; sliced

Recipe by: New Dieter's Cookbook Preparation Time: 0:30 In a large skillet cook pork, mushrooms, carrots, green pepper, and ga till meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Sti cornstarch into meat mixture. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger roo crushed red pepper, and curry powder. Cook and stir till thickened and bub green onion; heat through. If desired, garnish with additional sliced gree onion.
