|1 pounds||Ground pork|
|2 tablespoons||Oyster sauce|
|1 tablespoon||Sesame seed (up to)|
|4||Stalks green onion; chopped|
|1 pack||Sushi nori|
|½ can||Water chestnuts; chopped|
Mix all ingredients except nori. On a sheet of nori, spread 3 tablespoons of mixture on bottom edge. Roll nori like sushi. Fry on medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes. No oil needed. Slice into 1-½" lengths and serve with mustard-shoyu sauce.
