Pork 'n pepper stir fry

1 pounds Boneless pork loin cut in
\N \N Red & green pepper cut
\N \N In strips
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil strips
1 \N Clove garlic, minced

Stir fry sliced pork loin w/ vegetable oil, pepper & garlic. Serve over hot cooked rice w/ soy sauce or sweet & sour sauce.
