| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 cup | Milk |
| ¾ cup | Ground popped corn |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | Shortening; melted |
| 1 each | Egg, well beaten |
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add milk, popped corn, egg, and shortening.
Fill well oiled muffin tins ⅔ full.
Bake at 425 about 25 mins.
