Popcorn macaroons

Yield: 60 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Popcorn; popped (remove all hard kernels)
1 cup Walnuts; finely chopped
3 \N Egg whites
1 cup Powdered sugar
¾ teaspoon Vanilla

Put popcorn in blender and chop fine. Combine in a bowl with nuts.

Beat egg whites until foamy, then add sugar and beat until stiff.

Blend in vanilla and mix carefully with popcorn and nuts. Drop by spoon onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
