2 cups	Sugar
6 tablespoons	Cocoa
2 teaspoons	Baking soda
1 teaspoon	Salt
12 tablespoons	Oil
2 tablespoons	Vinegar
2 teaspoons	Vanilla
2 cups	Cold water

Notes: By Mrs. Dorothy David, Albrightsville. The Times News, PA In greased pan 13x9, mix all ingredients until smooth. Bake 350° 40 to 45 minutes. Do not overbake. Icing if desired.
