Poached eggs

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Water
½ teaspoon White vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt
2 \N Eggs

1. Combine water, vinegar and salt in a deep, 1-quart, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole.

2. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1½ minutes or until water mixture comes to a boil.

3. Carefully break eggs, 1 at a time, into the liquid.

4. Heat, covered with plastic wrap, in Microwave Oven 1 minute.

5. Let stand, covered, 1 minute or until eggs reach desired degree of doneness.
