Plum tomato basil pizza

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Refrigerated pizza dough; (10 ounces)
2 tablespoons Cornmeal
1 cup Shredded Stella Mozzarella Cheese
4 \N Ripe seeded Italian plum tomatoes; sliced
½ cup Fresh basil leaves
½ teaspoon TABASCO pepper sauce
\N \N Olive oil

Preheat oven to 425øF. Prepare l2-inch round pizza crust according to package directions. Dust crust with cornmeal. Distribute Stella Mozzarella Cheese evenly over crust. Layer with tomato slices and basil leaves.

Drizzle with TABASCO sauce and olive oil. Bake l5 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
