|4 tablespoons||Cream of tartar|
|2 cups||(very) cold water|
|4 teaspoons||Food color; -=OR=-|
Mix the flour, salt and cream of tartar in a saucepan over high to medium high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir till boiling 3-5 minutes (make sure it does not scorch). Take off heat. Let cool.
