|½ cup||Orange juice|
|⅓ cup||Brown sugar|
Bake plantains in the skin at 350'F. until tender. Peel, then cut into ½" chunks. Then, saute cut plantains over medium heat with butter and orange juice. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook until butter is melted and plantains are softened. Makes 4 serving for dessert.
