8 ounces | Tomato sauce |
8 ounces | Pizza sauce |
½ cup | Water |
½ teaspoon | Sugar |
½ teaspoon | Dried oregano; crushed |

Trim excess fat from steak; cut steak into 6 equal pieces. Stir together flour, salt, and pepper; coat meat pieces with flour mixture. Pound each piece of steak to ½ inch thickness using meat mallet. In skillet brown meat in hot cooking oil; drain off fat. Place onion in crockery cooker.
Place meat atop. Stir together tomato sauce, pizza sauce, water, sugar and oregano; pour over meat.
