| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2½ teaspoon | Active yeast |
| 1 teaspoon | Sugar |
| 3 cups | Bread flour |
| ½ cup | Thin sliced pepperoni |
| ½ cup | Cooked sweet Italian |
| Sausage | |
| ½ cup | Whole black olives |
| ¼ cup | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
| ¼ cup | Parmesan cheese, shredded |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 cup | Bottled pizza sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | Whole fennel seed |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | Oregano, dry |
| 3 tablespoons | Hot water |
All ingredients must be at room temperature to start. Water hot from tap. Add all ingredients in the order listed and select white bread.
Believe me it really works. Note: when I made it I left out the egg with no problems.
