Pita chips

Yield: 48 chips

Measure Ingredient
3 larges (or 4 small) pita breads
1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil (opt)

1. Preheat the oven to 350øF.

2. Separate the pita breads lengthwise into halves. Lightly brush each half with olive oil. Cut each half into 8 wedges (6 for small breads).

3. Arrange the pita chips on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to a cake tin to cool.

Note: For extra color, you could sprinklw the chips with white or black sesame seeds before baking.
