pistachio marble cake

| ¼ cup | Chocolate syrup |
| 1 | Yellow cake mix -- (butter |
| Flavor) | |
| ½ cup | Oil |
| 1 small | Box pistachio instant pudding mix |
Blend together cake mix, eggs (1 at a time), oil, water and pudding about 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour ⅔ of the batter into thoroughly greased layer pans or Bundt pan. Blend chocolate syrup with the remaining ⅓ of batter. Spoon this chocolate batter into the batter already in pans and swirl lightly to create "marbled" effect. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes. May also be made with chocolate instant pudding and pecans(omit syrup).
