| Measure | Ingredient |

| ½ cup | Minced onions |
| 4 tablespoons | Chicken fat or butter |
| 2 cups | Mashed potatoes |
| 1 | Egg yolk |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 dash | Cayenne pepper |
