Pineapple-tarragon chicken breasts

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
¼ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Tarragon leaves
½ teaspoon Salt
\N pinch Pepper
6 eaches Split chicken breasts

MAKES: 6 SERVINGS

SAUCE

Prepare grill placing coals to one side; heat until coals are ash white. Make aluminum foil drip pan; place oppisite coals. in saucepan, stir together all sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through. Grill, turning occasionally and basting, 25-35 minutes or until fork tender. To serve, cook remaining sauce until heated through.
