Pineapple-sherry marinade for bbq pork

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Clove garlic
1 cup Pineapple juice
2 cups Soy sauce
½ cup Sherry
1½ tablespoon Brown sugar

1. Crush garlic; then combine with remaining ingredients.

2. Add to pork and marinate.
