2 teaspoons | Baking powder |

¼ teaspoon | Nutmeg |
1 can | (8 oz.) sliced pineapple; drained and chopped |
1 \N | Sausage; (8 oz) cut lengthwise |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
In mixing bowl combine eggs, milk and margarine. Stir together flour, the first tablespoon sugar, the baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Stir into liquid ingredients just until moistened. Stir in pineapple. Spread in greased 12x9 inch baking dish. Arrange sausage stop, sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake 400 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until done. Cut in squares. Serve hot. Makes 6.
