pineapple custard pie

| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1½ cup | Water |
| 1 cup | Sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| ½ cup | Pineapple - crushed |
Boil water and sugar together. Add yolks, cornstarch and pineapple.
Pour in baked shell, cover with whites of 2 eggs, brown.
