Pineapple bread

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Canola oil
2 cups Sugar
3 \N Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 can (20 oz) pineapple; crushed
1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
2½ cup Unbleached flour
3 teaspoons Baking soda
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 cup Low fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
2 cups Unbleached flour; (additional)

IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE

THEN ADD

MIX UNTIL SMOOTH AND ADD

Spray bundt pans with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each 2/3s full of batter and bake in a 325 degree F oven for 45 minutes. Makes 3 small bundt pans; or 1 large and 1 small; or 3 loaf pans.
