|½ cup||Fine Noodles, broken in pieces|
|2 tablespoons||Butter or Margarine|
|1 can||Campbell's Beef Broth|
|½ cup||Raw long grain Rice|
In saucepan, brown noodles in butter; stir often. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 20-25 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
Makes about 2½ cups.
