| 0.13 cup | Soy sauce |
| 0.13 cup | Louisiana hot sauce |
| 1.00 teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
| 1.00 teaspoon | Celery salt |
| 1.00 | Habanero chili; diced, remove seeds |
| 1.00 pinch | Kosher salt |
| 1.00 pinch | Ground coriander |
Combine all ingredients and Simmer 25 minutes on low heat. Cool and refrigerate.
