|1½ cup||Chopped seeded tomato; Drained|
|¼ cup||Chopped onion|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped fresh cilantro|
|1 tablespoon||Finely chopped serrano Pepper|
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Yield 1-½ cups.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
