|2 xes||Green peppers, medium|
|2 xes||Sweet red peppers, medium|
|2½ cup||White vinegar|
|1 tablespoon||Mustard seed|
|1 tablespoon||Celery seed|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground tumeric|
Break cauliflower into small flowerets, cook in unsalted water 5 min, drain. Cut peppers into ¼ inch strips; quarter onions. Combine remaining ingredients except honey in a pot; heat to boiling. Add veggies; simmer 2 min then add honey.
Continue simmering while packing one clean, hot pint jar at a time.
