philly chocolate sauce
| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 | 8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese, cubed |
| ⅓ cup | Milk |
| 1 ounce | Unsweetened Chocolate Squares |
| 2 cups | Sifted powdered sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
Combine cream cheese, milk and chocolate; stir over low heat until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. Serve over poached pears, ice cream or cake.
Note this sauce can be refrigerated and then reheated.
