|2 packs||Philly cream cheese (8 oz), softened*|
|1 tablespoon||Fresh lemon juice|
|½ teaspoon||Grated lemon peel|
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and peel and vanilla. Add eggs.
Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool; refrigerate at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices. Makes 8 servings. *May also use Philly Neufchatel cheese, ⅓ less fat cream cheese.
