2 tablespoons | Apple juice concentrate |
1½ tablespoon | Butter or margerine |
¾ cup | Plain sliced canned apples |

½ tablespoon | Dough enhancer |
3½ cup | Bread flour |
2 teaspoons | Active dry yeast |
Mix the flour dough enhancer and cinnamon before adding to bread pan.
You may want to do first knead and then reset and start again for extra kneading. I made some changes to this recipe. I used regular salt. I used oil instead of butter. I used better for bread flour.
