Persimmon supreme

Ingredients

| 6 | Egg whites beaten, stiff | |
| 2 | cups | Sugar folded in |
| 1 | cup | Chopped pecans |
| Add 2 cups Ritz cracker | ||
| Crumbs | ||
| Mix and spread on greased | ||
| Pan, bake 20 to 25 minutes | ||
| At 350 degrees. Let cool. | ||
| Prepare 1 box of Dream Whip | ||
| (2 pkgs.) | ||
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 16 | ounces | Philadelphia cream cheese |
Directions
Whip cheese and sugar together and add to prepared Dream Whip. Spread on top of crust, then add persimmon topping of: 2 cups persimmon pulp ¼ cup sugar 2 cups miniature marshmallows Sprinkle with additional chopped nuts. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours.
