|8 ounces||Red Wine|
|3 pounds||Lamb;cubed roast of|
Combine all ingredients except lamb in a food processor or blender; blend 15 seconds. Pour into a large glass or plastic container. Add lamb cubes. Marinate 8 hours or overnight.
Thread lamb cubes on skewers and broil or barbecue until meat is just pink on the inside.
Serve with rice.
