Peppy pork spedies

Measure Ingredient
4 pounds Pork; cut into cubes
3 cups Vegetable oil
¼ cup Wine
½ pounds Pepperoni; diced
2 \N Lemons; juice of
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
4 \N Cloves garlic; minced
2 \N Bay leaves
\N \N Salt and pepper
