Pecan souffl tassies

Yield: 72 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
4 \N Eggs
2 cups Milk
½ cup Margarine; melted
½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Pecans; chopped
72 smalls Pecan halves; for garnish

Place sugar, eggs, milk, margarine, flour, vanilla, and 1 cup chopped pecans in a blender. If blender will not contain the entire mixture, reserve some of the milk to add later. Pour mixture into greased miniature muffin pans, about half full. Place a pecan half on top of each pie.
