Pear-applesauce with amaretto

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ cup Cubed peeled Granny Smith apple
2½ cup Cubed peeled Bartlett pear
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Amaretto

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; cover and cook over low heat 40 minutes or until very tender. Mash to desired consistency; stir in sugar and amaretto. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: ¾ cup).
