pear and pineapple soup

Pineapple; peeled
Pears; peeled
2 cups Chamomile tea
½ cup Muscat wine
  Honey; to taste
Lemon

Recipe by: CHEF DU JOUR GALE GAND SHOW #DJ9164 Peel pineapple and pears then cut up. In a blender or food processor puree fruits. Strain through a fine sieve. Season to taste with tea, wine, honey and lemon juice. Serve cold garnished with pineapple leaves.
