2 teaspoons | (to 3 tsp) honey or sugar or to taste |
3 tablespoons | Cilantro, minced |
1 teaspoon | Thai hot sauce or your choice hot sauce |
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Correct the seasoning, adding soy sauce, vinegar, or honey to taste.
The mixture should be a little sweet, sour, and salty.
