Peachy keen coffeecake

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup Flour
½ cup Wesson oil
½ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¾ cup Buttermilk
1 \N Beaten egg
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¾ teaspoon Baking soda
½ \N Teapoon salt
1 cup Peach pie filling

In large bowl mix together flour, oil, sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg until crumbly. Remove ½ cup mixture; set aside. Add remaining ingredients except pie filling. Stir until just mixed. Pour batter into oiled & floured 8" baking pan. Spoon filling evenly over top of batter.

Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Bake 50 minutes or until cake tests done with wooden pick. Serve warm.
