|2 eaches||Peaches; ripe|
|⅓ cup||Coconut; grated|
|⅓ cup||Golden raisins -OR- Dried cherries|
|2 tablespoons||Orange juice concentrate-OR-|
|2 tablespoons||Grand marnier liqueur|
|1 tablespoon||Mint, fresh; chopped|

Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients.
