| Measure | Ingredient |

| ⅓ cup | Coconut; grated |
| ⅓ cup | Golden raisins -OR- Dried cherries |
| 2 tablespoons | Orange juice concentrate-OR- |
| 2 tablespoons | Grand marnier liqueur |
| 1 tablespoon | Mint, fresh; chopped |

Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients.
